A Taste of Summer scheduled for February

THE Valley Educational Gardens Initiative (VEGI) is getting in the summer mood and wants to help you get there, too.

On Saturday, Feb. 25, Valley Educational Gardens Initiative will host its first Taste of Summer Farm to Table Dinner. Attendees can expect to be transported to the warmer and longer days of summer with a three-course meal made with local ingredients, with local alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, and local music.
