Amy Brenneman joins First Southwest Bank
FIRST Southwest Bank, a locally owned independent community bank and one of two Community Development Financial Institution banks in Colorado, is pleased to announce
Amy Brenneman has joined the bank as its new marketing and communications specialist.
Based in Alamosa, Brenneman will work closely with Ellen Stein, the bank’s marketing director. She will focus primarily on community outreach and engagement across the bank’s southern and rural Colorado market.
Her responsibilities will also include overseeing FSWB’s nonprofit sponsorship program, implementing new communications strategies, and providing marketing support to branch staff.
Brenneman previously worked as a marketing specialist at San Luis Valley Health. She first came to Alamosa as an AmeriCorps volunteer in 2020 to work as marketing coordinator with Boys & Girls Clubs of the San Luis Valley.
Brenneman was born and raised in Oregon. She attended the University of Oregon, earned a BA in journalism, and worked as a reporter before transitioning to marketing.
