San Juan Nordic Club Spring Social and Annual Meeting

Thanks to our current and past members (and some steady snow!) we’ve had a great winter. Come out and join us for the end of the year gathering and annual meeting. The meeting portion will be short. -Come meet fellow ski enthusiasts. -Recap events of the ski season. -Provide input for the 2023/24 ski season.

Officers of the club serve as the directors and are also board members. Officers are elected by the club members. Officers serve one year terms and may be re-elected for up to three years. President – (elected) Directs and administers the affairs of the SJNC as its executive head. The President supervises all phases of organization activity in cooperation with the Board. Vice-President (optional) Carries out the duties of the President if they are not present. Past-President – (elected) Serves the year after their term as President to assist the newly elected President in carrying out organizational activities. Secretary – (elected) Keeps a record of SJNC proceedings and noteworthy activities. The Secretary maintains copies of the clubs current Bylaws, and Policies and Procedures. Treasurer – (elected) Maintains custody of SJNC funds. Prepares and distributes periodic treasurer reports and the annual report. Updates membership form. Operates online membership payment method. Maintains list of current dues paying members.
