Alamosa Farmers Market

Two Saturdays left for the Downtown Farmer’s Market. It’s hosted downtown Alamosa at Sixth Street and State Avenue.

Hoedown and Cornhole Throwdown

The Rio Grande Headwaters Land Trust hosts Headwaters Hoedown and Cornhole Throwdown from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Colorado Farm Brewery. Estate beers, local food trucks, live bluegrass and auction will liven up the country roads.

Monte Vista Crane Auction

Here’s your chance to get one of the cool cranes that decorate downtown Monte Vista. The cranes will be sold through an online auction on the Monte Vista Chamber’s Facebook page. Auction begins at 1 p.m. A Facebook account is required to bid. https://www.facebook.com/MonteVistaCOChamber/

Adams State Football

The Grizzlies are back at Rex Field for a 1 p.m. kickoff against South Dakota Mines. Adams State will be on the hunt for its first win of the season. South Dakota has lost its last two games and comes into Alamosa 2-2 on the season.
