Adams State is celebrating 100 years with a variety of homecoming events through the weekend. Friday’s schedule includes:

3:30 p.m. alumni reception.
5 p.m. Art Exhibition Opening Reception/Kathy Park — A 50 Years Retrospective.
8 p.m. Bonfire, McDaniel Parking Lot.
9:30 p.m. Fireworks Show.
Jon Chandler at Society Hall
Jon Chandler, three-time winner of the prestigious Spur Award from Western Writers of America, takes the stage at Society Hall for a 7:30 p.m. show. Don Richmond says Chandler is a big guy with a big beautiful voice, and lots of great songs to sing and stories to tell. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 night of the show. Tickets: societyhall.org
