THE popular Colorado Farm Brewery received permission from Alamosa County Commissioners on Wednesday to host overnight RVs on occasion as part of its “drink like a farmer” experience.

The county commissioners approved five temporary use special permits that will let Colorado Farm Brewery host up to 10 RVs for a single night, 24-hour stay. The 5 permits are spread over June, July, August and September – the busiest time of the year for the brewery on County Road 12 S.

The Colorado Farm Brewery has become a destination for RV travelers and beer enthusiasts. It works with Harvest Hosts to facilitate RV visitors and it’s through a Harvest Host membership that RV campers can stay overnight at the brewery.

The five temporary use special permits will cover a total of 50 days June into September. Each permit allows up to 10 RV campers.
