Opening day of the Rio Frio Ice Fest. This year’s theme: “Legends of the Ice.” Race packet pickup is from 6 to 7:30 p.m,. at Knee Knockers Tavern. Join the 6 p.m. Cross Country Luminara Ski at Blanca Vista Pond.
