A country music lineup that features singer-songwriter Ian Munsick, multi-platinum artist Dylan Scott and country music icon Neal McCoy will join the Pro Rodeo Cowboy Association (PRCA) events scheduled for the 2026 Colorado State Fair.

A country music performance will follow each of the three nights of rodeo in the Big R Arena at the state fairgrounds in Pueblo.

“From rising county stars to legendary acts, there is something for every county music fan this year,” said Andrea Wiesenmeyer, general manager of the Colorado State Fair. “It’s more than just a tradition; it’s three nights of legendary rodeo mixed with high-energy performances that will send your summer out in style.”

The concert series will kick off on Friday, Aug. 28, with Ian Munsick, a native of Wyoming who has amassed more than 900 million global streams across his two albums, “Coyote Cry” and “White Buffalo.” He has also received 19 awards and 14 festival selections for his documentary, “White Buffalo: Voices of the West.” In 2023, his sophomore album, “White Buffalo,” painted a vivid and spirited portrait of the American West. PRCA Rodeo starts at 7 p.m. with the concert following at approximately 9:30 p.m. Concert tickets are $40 and include rodeo admission.

The second night of rodeo on Saturday, Aug. 29, will feature rising hitmaker Dylan Scott, who has always maintained an underdog mentality. With a rowdy, roughneck persona and a romantic side, Scott’s modern edge was honed by timeless, emotional twang. The consummate family man burst onto the scene with the epic triple-platinum single “My Girl” in 2016 and continues to deliver scrappy, under-the-radar consistency. Concert tickets for this show are $50 and include rodeo admission.

Renowned country music artist Neal McCoy will take the stage on Sunday, Aug. 30. McCoy has released a remarkable 15 studio albums. In 1993, he released the platinum-certified album “No Doubt About It.” The album featured two consecutive number-one singles, “No Doubt About It” and “Wink,” solidifying his position in the country music industry. McCoy’s commercial success continued into the late 1990s, with the release of two more platinum albums and a gold album. He also secured six additional Top Ten hits during this period. In 2005, McCoy released his album “That’s Life,” which included a seventh Top Ten hit titled “Billy’s Got His Beer Goggles On.” PRCA Rodeo starts at 5 p.m. with the concert following at approximately 7:30 p.m.; concert tickets are $40 and include rodeo admission.

Rodeo action continues Monday, Aug. 31, beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets for the PRCA Rodeo and the rodeo concert series events will be available to purchase at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 4. More concert and event bookings will be announced in the coming weeks and months ahead of the Colorado State Fair.

Fair tickets, including general admission, concert, and rodeo tickets, can be purchased online at ColoradoStateFair.com, by phone at 1-800-514-3849, and in person at the Colorado State Fair box office. Entertainment tickets purchased before Aug. 28 include general admission to the fair, offering up to a $15 discount.

This year’s Colorado State Fair will be a special celebration marking the 150th anniversary of Colorado’s statehood, as well as the 250th anniversary of the United States signing the Declaration of Independence.
